DEALER POLICY

I. DISCOUNT POLICY

Requirements to become an Agent: for first-time wholesale customers, the total value of the first order must be reached

Discount level: will be applied to each different product and based on agent classification with 4 agent classifications: Collaborator, Agent, Level 1 Agent, VIP Agent. After the first entry, the Dealer classification will be officially evaluated at the beginning of each Quarter of the year based on the sales after discounts in the previous quarter (NOTE: only calculate sales according to products included in the Dealer Quotation file) --> Contact to receive the Agent Quotation file

  • If you do not achieve the sales (total orders in 1 quarter): then in the next quarter, you will not be able to apply the Company’s discount but will return to the normal retail customer level.
  • Agent upgrade: Agents will also be upgraded at any time during the Quarter if the cumulative sales (after discount) from the beginning of the Quarter of the Agent reaches the evaluation level applicable to higher-level Agents.

II. DEALER SUPPORT POLICY

Some forms of support that Kigo Group applies to facilitate business for Agents are as follows:

  1. SUPPORT IN PR – MARKETING
  • Agents are updated with information on prices, information on goods, products, company policies and marketing programs
  • Agents are supported with catalogs, flyers, banners, product samples trial products… according to the company’s programs
  1. RETURN SUPPORT
  • Exchange: Agents will be able to exchange new products if the product is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or shipping company.
  • Return: Agents have the right to return the goods if the goods or payment price are not in accordance with the sales agreement.
  • Return period: Within 7 days from the date the Agent receive goods
  • Conditions for exchange and return: The product is within the exchange and return period and must be intact, with full box and accompanying gifts (if any) (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation)

NOTE: Exchange/return will not be accepted after 7 days from the date the Agent receives the goods or in case the Agent cannot sell the goods

  1. SUPPORT FOR PRODUCT INFORMATION
  • Agents are supported with product information and customer feedback on products via phone, email, Fanpage
  • Information about products, product images, product certificates…, Agents can get directly on the company’s official website and Fanpage
  1. SUPPORT FOR LEGAL DOCUMENTS IF THE AGENT NEEDS
  • Import invoice with red stamp.
  • Agent authorization contract for individuals, companies, businesses
  1. SUPPORT FOR GOODS TRANSPORTATION
  • For Agents in Hanoi: orders will be delivered within 1-3 days (depending on the stock status and the quantity of goods ordered by the Agent).
  • For agents in provinces outside Hanoi: depending on the following 3 delivery methods:

» Express delivery: After 2-4 days, the agent will receive the goods.

» Slow delivery for heavy orders (except in cases where the agent Agents with special requests): After 5-7 days, the Agent will receive the goods.

» Sending the vehicle to the Agent: Agents need to provide complete information about the bus station at the beginning of Hanoi so that we can contact to send the goods.

III. PAYMENT POLICY

  1. FOR AGENT IN HANOI
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash upon receipt
  1. FOR AGENT IN THE SUBURBAN AREAS OF HANOI OR OTHER PROVINCES
  • Please transfer money in advance 100% of the order value into the company account (then we will deliver the goods on time as committed on the order/contract.

V. ORDERING FORM

  • Encourage ordering via Facebook Fanpage, hotline, email
  • Do not encourage sending wholesale orders via phone, website
